While at a doctor's appointment at St. Jude, Anaiyah's grandmother signed her up for the trial studies on stem cell transplantation, so she would not have to have more blood transfusions and their side effects. After a lengthy stay at St. Jude for this medical procedure, she has bounced back to being a kid again. Instead of having pain crises and worrying about another blood transfusion, she is dancing and making TikTok videos with the nurses in her free time.
