Meet the Librarian

 

I am the library media specialist for Pontotoc Middle School. This is my 24th year to teach, while only being the librarian for 6 years. I graduated from Blue Mountain College with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education and University of Mississippi with a masters of education degree. I look forward to seeing the students each week as they visit the library during their classes.

Students can check in and check out books while in the library. They also have the opportunity to explore enrichment and hands-on learning games. 

I look forward to seeing the students' smiling faces each day as I hope to instill a love for reading in each of their hearts!
