(1/31): PMS hosts family nights in February. Parents and families are welcome to come to school and pariticipate with our studetns in cool activities as they learn math, reading, and science skills. Fifth grade family night will be on Feb. 10, 6:00 - 7:15. Sixth grade family night will be on Feb. 18, 6:00 - 7:15.

(1/31): PMS had an AR pep rally to encourage students to read more and reach their AR goals each month. Cool rewards are given to those students who have certain number of points each month and at the end of the year.

(1/31): PMS will sell candy grams February 3 - 13 for $1.00.
Students can buy candy grams for friends during homeroom. Each candy gram is a valentine with a sucker.

(1/31): PMS administrators treated teachers and staff with snacks and soft drinks. What a great way to end January!

(1/30): These PMS students were recognized for displaying positive characteristics this week at school. We are proud of you!

(1/24): PMS students were recognized for numerous achievements this week. The recognitions included Superintendent's Honor Roll, Principals Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance, Science Fair Participants, and Warriors of Distinction. We are so proud of our students. Thank you parents and family for coming to this awards program.

(1/24): PMS PTO treated the teachers and staff this morning with Hot Cocoa Bar and homemade pound cake. Thank you for all that you do for the students.

(1/24): Congrats to these PMS students who were recognized for being positive in the classroom and at school.

(1/22): Today, students in gifted class conducted a food science experiment as part of their food truck unit. Students combined water, sugar, and yeast to grow a yeast “pet.” To watch their dormant yeast become active, students had to ensure the water temperature created a hospitable environment for the yeast and that they added enough sugar to give the yeast energy to grow. They were also able to use a jeweler’s loupe to see both the dormant yeast and the carbon dioxide bubbles the active yeast produced in an up close way!

(2/14): PMS will have a GLOW IN THE DARK DANCE on March 21, from 3:30 - 5:00. Tickets will be $10 and will be sold February 26 - March 8. More details will come later.
