Sweet Science in AG Class!
(5/5): While the campus was quiet for state testing, 6th grade Agriculture students put their indoor time to good use—by whipping up homemade gummy bears! Using honey, pectin, and grape juice, students mixed, poured, and (impatiently) waited for their fruity creations to set. It was a tasty way to explore natural ingredients… and yes, a few gummy bears mysteriously disappeared during "quality control."
