(4/11): PMS Students listened to Coach Tipler as he encouraged each one to be active listeners, be successful in school, try their best on state tests. He provided a few items for good behavior students.

(4/11): Mrs. Betsy Ritchie, PMS Counselor, met with fifth graders today to review the course request sheets for the upcoming school year. The forms will go home tomorrow and will be due next Friday, April 19.

(4/11): PMS Teachers were treated to pancakes and sausage this week as a token of appreciation. They were delicious! Thank you for all you do for our school.

(4/9): Mrs. Tutor's sixth grade ELA class had a guest speaker, Mrs. Katie Lewis from Cadence Bank. She came and spoke to the students about learning how to save money. The students got to discuss ways they can save money for a goal.

(4/9): These photos of Ms. Cook, Mrs. Wilbanks, Mrs. Ross, and Mrs. Emison’s classes looking for the eclipse. Students wore donated glasses to view the eclipse.

(4/8): PMS showed their appreciation to the teachers with grilled hamburgers last week. We are thankful for all you do each day.

In a whirlwind of excitement and innovation, our bright young sixth grade science students have successfully completed their unit lesson on flight dynamics. But hold on to your flight helmets, folks, because the real adventure has only just taken off! 🚀✈️
In a daring twist of fate, our students have taken to the skies (well, the classroom skies, at least) with the ancient art of paper airplane folding! That's right, forget textbooks and lectures - these budding pilots have embraced the challenge of crafting the perfect paper aircraft with enthusiasm and finesse.
But wait, there's more! Putting a turbocharged spin on tradition, our students have gone above and beyond by adding their own modifications to their paper creations. From sleek aerodynamic designs to daring wing adjustments, these young innovators have truly spread their wings and let their imaginations take flight. 🚁🌟

(4/5): PMS students who showed growth on 3rd nine weeks ELA, Math or Science benchmarks were rewarded with ice cream sundaes today. They enjoyed ice cream cups with syrup and sprinkles during break.
